RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for store credit within 7 business days from the delivery date, less original shipping charges. There are no returns on SAMPLE SALE, FINAL SALE, or SALE items.

To receive a refund via store credit based on a full priced item in the original form of payment:

Items should be returned, unused and with all garment tags still attached. When trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or tanning products, they may rub off onto garments and this will void the return or refund. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately at clientservices@elenabobysheva.com

elenabobysheva.com does not offer exchanges at this time. We ask you to place a new order with us online.

 


RETURN PROCESS

To arrange a return for store credit with our Client Services team, please fully complete the RETURN FORM enclosed below, including the order number.

Enclose the original packaging slip with the item(s) you wish to return in the original box.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by www.elenabobysheva.com at this time. We ask you to return the product using your own shipper within 7 business days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Please send your return in the original box. In case of a dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. 

Items will be checked and approved for a return once received. Elenabobysheva.com reserves the right to deny approval of customers return if they do not meet our return policy requirements.

REFUNDS

Refunds for store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
